— Your Goals

You will be in charge of the creative team for individual projects, making sure the creative aspect of each project is up to standards and driving it all the way from brainstorming stages to final product.

You will be in charge of the following tasks :

— Take charge in creative kick-offs and brainstorming sessions
— Ideas, concepts and moodboards
— Art direction
— 3D Production (mainly for real-time)
— Follow-up of a 3D production team for big production
— Design workflow optimization
— Various support of communication for the studio
— And more (:

— Who You Are

You ideally graduated from an art school specialized in digital and have from 5+ years of experience in a studio, an agency or as a freelancer (If you are self-taught and know how to do cool shit, it works too).

You have vast experience with Adobe Programs, and you are experienced with compositing, UI and Motion Graphics. And above that you have pretty good 3D skills.

We don't need you to be a Pixar level 3D Artist (If you are one, welcome to the team), but know how to use 3D to enhance the design & user experience from brainstorming sessions to production.

You are comfortable taking a leadership position amongst a team, and have pretty good problem solving skills.
