— Your Goals

You will be in charge of photographing and videographing for clients and the Z-Theory Labs Studio.

You will need the following skills in order to be succesful :

— Demonstrated command of both video/photo techniques,
— strategic thinking, and planning skills to drive the direction, nature and focus of videography/photography projects
— Expert Studio and location lighting skills
— Expertise with photo retouch and color correction
— The ability to work both as a team member and independently
— Excellent communication and consulting skills
— Ability to travel, sometimes on weekends and evenings
— Basic level of editing skills and video and audio editing applications, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc.

— Who You Are

You ideally graduated from an art school specialized in photography and have from 3+ years of experience in a studio, an agency or as a freelancer (If you are self-taught and know how to do cool shit, it works too).

You ideally have worked for industrial/commercial projects before and are comfortable working on marketing/advertising projects.

You ideally have basic photo and video editing skills, and are open to learn and implement as you go.

You are comfortable directing shoots and making creative decisions in the moment, with the final product in mind.
